By doing the right exercises the body and mind can become stronger and more flexible. This will result in better health. Also physical and mental complaints can be avoided and prevented by engaging in shiatsu with a coach. You will get to know your limits as well as how to expand your boundaries.

The exercises pay specific attention to body stretches, mobilizing the joints, stimulating energy points throughout the body and improving breathing. Every session ends with meditation during which the body and soul can relax.

During each session your coach will aim to find the right balance between physical effort and relaxation. Each session is given in a small group with a maximum of 4 persons.
